About Tenzor AI Talent
Built by someone who has actually done this work.
We've spent thirty years in technology recruiting. The last six have been dedicated entirely to AI, machine learning, and data science — not because it's trendy, but because we've been in this space long enough to know the difference between a resume that looks right and a candidate who actually is.
Our approach is simple: we vet candidates deeply, we understand the technology, and we don't waste your time. The result is stronger matches, and candidates your team actually wants to work with.
We don't just fill roles — we architect how companies hire for AI. We've designed and built enterprise-scale AI hiring programs for Fortune 50 companies from the ground up — role architecture across machine learning, LLM engineering, AI platform, data engineering, applied science, and AI product disciplines. Phased hiring strategies. Funnel modeling. Compensation benchmarking. Internal mobility integration. Recruiting governance frameworks built for executive visibility. We've sat at the table with CTOs, CHROs, and Finance leaders and delivered the strategic blueprint that turns AI ambition into a hired, functioning team.
That experience is now available to you — whether you're a funded startup making your first five AI hires or an enterprise scaling an entire engineering organization.
We've also done something most recruiting firms never bother to do — we've gone directly to the source. We partner with PhD and Master's programs at leading universities across the US, from Duke University to NC State's Institute for Advanced Analytics and beyond. We don't wait for graduates to start applying. We engage early, get to know the students, and identify those with the skills and real-world experience your team needs. Many of them bring years of analytics work before they even begin their programs.
We've built the pipeline. Now let us connect it to your interview process.
Let's talk about what you're building. We'll bring you the people who can build it.
A Search Firm Built From the Inside Out
Most recruiting firms learn about your industry from the outside. We learned ours from within — embedded in one of the most demanding, high-stakes AI talent environments in the country.
Not a generalist. Not a newcomer.
He didn't just fill AI roles — he built the infrastructure that made hiring at scale possible.
At a Fortune 50 healthcare enterprise, Enrique led an 18-person recruiting organization responsible for enterprise-wide hiring across AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, and corporate leadership.
He architected a multi-year, enterprise-scale AI hiring strategy spanning multiple job families — built as a board-level workforce investment and presented to senior Finance and HR leadership. The plan included full role architecture, compensation bands aligned to enterprise governance, a multi-year phased hiring roadmap, internal mobility integration, and risk scenarios for executive decision-making.
He stood up an enterprise Transformation Office from the ground up at executive direction — hiring from Chief Transformation Officer through Senior VPs, structuring total-compensation packages for Director-level and above, and engineering a differentiated talent strategy for a function under intense board scrutiny.
Our Founder
Before Tenzor
His career in AI and technical recruiting began long before AI was a buzzword.
At At a leading applied research firm, he was selected for an elite talent-analytics team using machine learning and predictive modeling to transform recruitment — building a go/no-go ML model to predict contract pursuit strategy, and a retention-risk model using PTO, performance, and compensation data to identify flight risk before it happened.
As Managing Partner of AI Talent Partners, he placed analytics and AI professionals at organizations including Twitter and Meta, and built recruiting relationships spanning frontier technology, defense, and enterprise — placing talent at Lockheed Martin, CREE, and SAS through direct relationships, never cold lists.
University partnerships & speaking engagements
Relationships built where the talent begins.
Enrique has delivered career-development workshops to graduates of Duke University's Master of Data Science program and maintains an active recruiting relationship with the MIDS program — one of the most respected applied AI and data science programs in the country. He has spoken at and built relationships with some of the most prestigious academic institutions in the United States:
